Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data "Your AI Roast Report" stores, why we store it, and who may see it. If you don't want certain content saved or seen by anyone with the link, please don't submit that information.

What We Store

• The report content you submit, including owner tag, slogan, and final message.
• If you paste the full JSON, we also store the complete 5-section report text.
• Technical information including IP address or IP-based rate-limit and deduplication data.
• Basic usage info such as report creation time, whether the full version was added, and view count.

Why We Store It

• To generate and display your report page and share image.
• To let you add the full report content later.
• For rate-limiting, deduplication, and basic abuse prevention.
• To keep the service running stably and prevent unbounded storage growth.

Who Can See It

• Reports are not added to any public feed or public listing by default.
• Anyone who knows the report link can view the page.
• If you share the link, third-party platforms may fetch the title, summary, or share image preview.

How Long We Keep It

• Report content is currently stored for 90 days by default.
• IP and content-fingerprint deduplication indexes are currently stored for 24 hours.
• Rate-limit records are currently stored for approximately 5 minutes.

What Not to Submit

• Direct identity information: ID numbers, phone numbers, addresses, email addresses.
• Sensitive credentials: account passwords, payment information, bank card details.
• Private chat logs or personal information belonging to others without their consent.
• Anything you wouldn't want stored or seen by someone with the link.

Current Limitations

• We do not currently offer self-service report deletion.
• We do not currently offer login-gated viewing, private reports, or access passwords.

If deletion, expiry control, or finer access controls are added in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
