Manual Mode

For those who don't want the AI to handle links, or aren't sure it can. Three steps.

1. Step 1. Open your AI assistant and send it this:

   Please follow the instructions at aisaysme.com/en/do to generate my AI Roast Report. Just output the full JSON code block — no need to generate a link.

2. Step 2. It will reply with a ```json ... ``` code block — copy the whole thing.
3. Step 3. Paste it to /pasteand submit to see your full report and share image.

This flow skips base64 encoding — one extra step, but the lowest bar for AI capability.
